Choosing Your ROW Server — 20 SEA Servers Live

Launch Day Server Opening — July 16, 2026

Gravity Game Vision opened twenty SEA servers simultaneously when live service began July 16, 2026 at 10:00 UTC+7 (approximately 11:00 AM in Manila). PC players on Steam could enter from July 15; mobile followed on the official SEA schedule. Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau already run separate servers from the January 15, 2026 launch.

Server choice is permanent for most accounts — characters, guilds, auction house listings, and friend lists bind to the server you pick at creation. Treat server selection as a launch-week decision with long-term consequences. Global rollout beyond SEA targets Q4 2026 per Gravity investor reports.

Track live events and maintenance that affect server load on Current Events. After picking a server, follow Launch Day Guide for codes and class picks.

Temporary Character Creation Pauses

Gravity documented a launch safeguard: if a server fills faster than expected, new character creation may pause temporarily to protect players already logged in. This is not a permanent closure — creation reopens automatically once load balances. No server permanently locks new characters at launch.

Day 2 tip (July 17, 2026): Peak queues often ease 24–48 hours after opening. If your preferred server shows "full," retry during off-peak hours (late night local time) or pick a less crowded sibling server where friends can still invite you via cross-server party tools if available.

Pre-download from July 14 reduced install time but did not reserve server slots. Have three backup server names ready before login — coordinate with guild Discord before committing.

How to Choose the Right Server

Play with friends first. Ask guildmates and Discord communities which server they chose during pre-launch guild events — top-100 guild point rewards from the founder campaign attach to those organizations. Read Guild Guide before day 2 guild join deadlines.

Language and community: Popular SEA servers cluster Filipino, Thai, Indonesian, and Singapore/Malaysia communities. Pick the chat language you understand for MVP callouts and trade negotiations.

Latency: ROW has no official ping display on character select — test combat on a low-level alt during the first hour if unsure. Wi-Fi stability matters more than raw Mbps for open-world PvP.

Economy density: High-population servers have faster auction turnover but more competition for MVP spawns. Low-population servers offer quieter farming at the cost of thinner trade volume — Merchants still profit via stalls in Prontera per Trading & Economy.

After You Pick a Server

Redeem all launch codes from the login screen before entering the world — ROW0716, BABYMONSTER, ROW666 through ROWMVP on All Redeem Codes. Claim pre-registration mail for Kafra VIP Pass on that character.

Join a guild by day 2 for MVP timers and Quest Board efficiency per First Week Guide. Link cross-platform accounts on the same server via Cross-Platform Play.

Log in before August 16, 2026 on any server to receive BABYMONSTER costume, profile frame, and Monster Rookie title — details on Launch Rewards Hub.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I transfer servers after launch?
Gravity has not announced free server transfers for SEA launch week. Assume characters stay on the original server unless an official transfer item or event appears.
Are PC and mobile servers the same?
Yes in SEA live service — PC and mobile share server lists when linked under the same region. Pick one server name and use it on every platform.
What if I picked the wrong server?
If you have not invested heavily, restarting on the correct server within launch week may cost less than playing alone on an empty shard. Codes are once per account, so plan alts carefully.
How many players per server?
Gravity has not published hard caps. Temporary creation pauses indicate soft population limits during peak launch hours only.
