What Is the Card Album
The Card Album is Ragnarok: The New World's new collection meta-system, similar to a monster-hunter bestiary. Players obtain cards by hunting monsters, buying, or fusing, then register them in the album. Completing specific chapters unlocks set bonuses, and registering every card grants a rare title plus Star Stone. Unlike Ragnarok Online where cards only fit in gear sockets, The New World lets players showcase collection progress. See Achievement Guide for Star Stone uses
How to Obtain Cards
Main card sources:
- Monster drops — Random from the linked monster, 0.5% to 5% chance
- Weekly dungeon rewards — Orc Memory, Toy Factory, etc. can grant rare cards
- Card fusion — Three identical cards fuse into the next tier
- Exchange purchases — Buy directly from other players
- Event rewards — Limited cards drop during seasonal events

Card Fusion Recipes
Three cards of the same rarity fuse into the next tier:
- Common → Rare — 3 commons + 1 Card Fusion Stone
- Rare → Epic — 3 rares + 3 Card Fusion Stone + 1 Star Stone
- Epic → Legendary — 3 epics + 10 Card Fusion Stone + 5 Star Stone + 50,000 Zeny
Fusion does not preserve set progress — only the final card registers
Recommended Early-Server Priorities
Cards to prioritize on a fresh server:

- Poporing series — Increases Zeny drops
- Refinement stone series — Raises weapon refine success rate
These four sets together grant All Stats +2, a huge early-game power spike
