What This Build Is
Karnos Arcanist (community spelling Kanos) is the Human-form Druid Job 2 sheet that farms with magic, not claws. You spam Force of Nature fast enough that Glacier Monolith, Overload, and Earthen Sprout keep firing. It is an AoE PvE farmer — not a Werewolf brawler and not a Wereraptor kiter.

Stats — DEX First, Then INT
Variable cast reduction is the real DPS stat. Push DEX until 100% variable-cast reduction (skills land on the 0.5s floor, including Force of Nature). Dump leftover points into INT. VIT only if you eat mechanics. Leave STR, AGI, and LUK at base.
If you cannot reach the cap on current gear, farm Sprint Mail / Sprint Shoes and DEX accessories before another INT weapon. Pets that cut variable cast (community: Squidgitte, Marina) beat raw MATK pets until the cap is done.
Skills, Weapon, and Rotation
Druid ranks to max first: Nature's Shield 5, Nature's Truth 5, Frozen Totem 10, Gale Blade 10, Blooming Splendor 10. Karnos: Force of Nature 10, Glacier Monolith 10, Overload 5, Earthen Sprout 5, Nature's Vigor 10.
Weapon: Penitence Staff — Glacier Monolith pulses twice. Off-hand: any shield you already refined. Armor/shoes: Sprint set. Accessories: two Scarf Belts if that is the DEX line on your server. Special skills: Nature's Truth, Majestic Glacier, Surge Current. Craft accessory molds before the weapon mold — duplicates of the same special skill do not stack.
Rotation: converter if the pack has a hole (Red Blood / Crystal Blue / Wind of Verdure / Green Live) → Nature's Shield → Nature's Truth → Glacier Monolith under the pack → Force of Nature until everything is dead. Force of Nature counts as Storm, Frost, and Earth for Karnos procs even while its hit element follows the converter (default Neutral).
Runes, Pets, and When to Swap Off This Sheet
Rune traits the community farms for this sheet: Layered Blade, Fortune's Favor, AoE Amplification, plus Wind and Water resonance. Do not strip a Mighty Guard page you still need for Monday Siege — Rune Engine.
Stay on Arcanist for Time Corridor packs and field density. Swap to Wizard via Job Freedom if you only want the fastest farmer and do not care about Druid identity. Swap to Werewolf or Wereraptor gear only after this staff is +10 — three weapon types will bankrupt a week-seven F2P.
