Titles Are a Hidden Damage Stat
ROW ships a title track on top of Job Freedom. Creator coverage (same launch-month reviews that mapped costumes) describes on the order of 30 title levels and about 2% damage per level difference when titles are compared. Confirm the live tooltip in your Collection / Title panel after each maintenance — Gravity has not published an English formula sheet.
That means a player who finished story and event titles hits harder than a same-refine peer who ignored the UI. It is not a reason to skip +12 weapons. Refine still first: Refinement Resonance.
