Ant Hell — Insect Packs, Earth Counters, and Early Cards

The Insect Cave Classic RO Players Keep Searching

Ant Hell is the name players type when they want a tight insect cave after the Prontera ring. ROW keeps the identity: dense bugs, Earth-leaning packs, and cards that feed early accessory slots. It is not Time Corridor and not a Monday Siege map. Confirm the live Recommended list before you dump a full Energy bar here — the client’s 110% targets rotate.

Fire converters and Vadon accessories still pay on insect/Fire-adjacent packs. Chart: Element Table. Cheap Fire accessory: Vadon Card Farming.

Who Should Be Here

  • Mage / Wizard — AoE into packed tunnels.
  • Hunter / Sniper — kiting insects that sit still in corridors.
  • Priest — only if your party insisted; undead caves (Payon) are a better Holy classroom — Payon Cave.

Do not skip MVP after reset to live in Ant Hell. Hunt order: MVP Hunt Priority. Other caves: Orc Dungeon.

Exit Conditions

Leave when Recommended drops the map, when kill times exceed potion cost, or when you need undead/Holy practice instead. Week eight still wants Corridor and August 31 Siege more than a fourth insect hour — Week Eight Guide.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Ant Hell in SEA right now?
Treat it as a classic field the open world still uses. If your Recommended list never shows it, follow the list — do not tunnel a dead map.
Maya MVP?
Named insect MVPs are guild-timer hunts, not a solo Energy loop. See MVP Hunting.
Better than Sograt?
Sograt is open desert kiting for Gunslinger/Sniper. Ant Hell is corridor AoE. Different weapons.
