Second Hub, Not a Second Prontera
Morroc is the desert city classic RO players look for after Prontera. In ROW it is a story-gated hub: Kafra, stalls, and the walk out to Sograt Desert for Gunslinger and Sniper income. It is not where you Paradise Dance or run orange Board — those stay in Prontera — Prontera.
If a gate NPC blocks you, finish the gold main-story chapters first. Getting started: Getting Started. Map: Map Overview.

What to Do in Town
- Dump overweight at Kafra before you kite Sograt.
- Price-check desert drops on stalls, then leave. PIN on: Secondary Password.
- Do not list your +12 weapon in Morroc because “the tax is lower” unless you have compared Prontera prices the same hour.
Pyramid / Sphinx-style undead roads, when your story unlocks them, are Energy maps — not a replacement for Payon Cave’s Holy classroom. Undead cave: Payon Cave.
Daily Priority Still Starts in Prontera
Mail, Pioneer, Dance, Board, then Energy on Recommended (which may be Sograt). Week eight: Week Eight Guide. Zeny: Zeny Making.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Morroc destroyed like in Renewal lore?
ROW uses the open-world desert city as a hub. Do not import Renewal raid scripts from 2010 wikis.
Can I live in Morroc and skip Prontera?
You will miss Dance coins, Board, and Siege geography. Visit Morroc for Sograt; live in Prontera.
Osiris / Pharaoh MVP?
Pyramid MVPs are guild timers. Farming Sograt is the solo loop. See MVP Hunting.
